Client required a Pill Dispenser to serve their daily needs. Requirements included keeping a small footprint, allow for 3 pills in 4 intervals to take during the day, ease of operation and no slipping to prevent the case from opening.

Dealing with 3D printing tolerances and being able to make a smoothly operating rack and pinion to allow for ease of use. 

​

Designed with convenience in mind, setup the rack and pinion so that a 180 degree rotation of the rack would reveal exactly a single section that is holding the pills.
